  2. Engagement Letter: Our specific services will be detailed in an engagement letter, which, together with these Terms, constitutes the entire agreement between us.

Client Responsibilities

  2. Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to your financial and tax matters.
  3. Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with us by providing necessary documentation and access to records.

Fees and Payment

  1. Fees: Our fees are outlined in the engagement letter. Any additional services will incur additional fees.
  2. Payment Terms: Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest charges.
  3. Expenses: You agree to reimburse us for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred in connection with the Services.
